Janitorial Services
Janitorial services are an important part of every business. We can provide recurring services, or a one time deep scrub to get your business sparkly clean and fresh. Services are always catered to the specific needs of every business which may include cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, sweeping/mopping/vacuuming floors and carpets, cleaning break rooms and some appliances, and anything else your business may need.
Ceiling Cleaning
Ceilings are often the most ignored and neglected part of any building when it comes to cleaning. In an office space or lobby, large amounts of dust and dirt can accumulate near vents, lighting fixtures, tubing, etc. and fall back onto staff and customers, potentially harming their health, and lowering the air quality inside the building. In commercial kitchens it’s even more important to have a clean ceiling since grease often accumulates throughout the ceiling creating a fire hazard and unsafe environment. Other companies that provide ceiling cleaning use harmful chemicals to soak the tile, or paint over the dust and dirt to create the illusion of clean. In commercial kitchens the most frequent approach is to change the ceiling. Those solutions are often both expensive and time consuming, and in some cases lead to downtime, or damaged/stained ceiling tiles. We use a different approach where we extract the dirt and dust from office ceiling without the need of chemicals or paint. This can often be done in a few hours without the need of down time or the risk of damaged/stained ceiling tiles.
